Community Participation – In Need of a Fresh Perspective

This is in response to Jim Butcher’s exposition on community participation (CP) is fairly substantive in terms of the scope of the subject as well as its practice. This probe intends to present two distinct approaches to community participation through two case examples. These different approaches not only convey distinct meanings of CP but also tease out the challenges peculiar to each.
